The Gathering brings together a diverse ecosystem of professionals including, but not limited to: Impact start-ups, Change Makers, Social Entrepreneurs, Community Builders, Investors, Systems Thinkers, Artists, creators, performers, Scientists and People genuinely curious about regeneration.
What begins in the redwoods ripples outward into projects, partnerships, and communities that continue long after the week ends.

The Gathering US is an immersive think tank. A university and an accelerator. A coming together of cross disciplinary organizations — united by a shared commitment to systems change and a belief that a better future is already being built.

Deep within the ancient redwoods, Camp Kaizen calls Founders, Builders, Artists, and Seekers to step beyond the noise and remember what truly matters. Through fire, ritual, conversation, and connection, we gather to release what no longer serves us, awaken what’s waiting within, and become the leaders our next chapter requires.
AUREA’s camp is devoted to making the outer visions we experience line up with the inner feelings and identity we perceive. Our stages and workshops will be filled with deep conversation, inspiration, and a space to let go of things we’ve been carrying that don’t align to our regenerative future.
Camp Audax brings together those working on AI for the greater good. We invite companies, investors, developers building AI for sense making, collaborative intelligence and Agents for better teamwork, organisations and ecosystemic collaboration – enabling aligned organisations to rapidly scale learning and cooperation. At Camp Audax We will co-create a narrative of a positive vision of an AI future. We will share learnings, visions and build relationships for partnerships and ongoing learning and support.
Camp Synthesis is a nonprofit advancing regenerative collaboration by connecting people, organizations, and resources through shared coordination systems. Their camp explores practical ways to strengthen community resilience and turn collective wisdom into meaningful action.
The Dragons bring diverse skills and wisdom together, creating a Temple Forge where you can explore self-development, extra-sensory perception, advanced physics and technologies, and learn to listen to the Elemental Teachers all around us. The Dragons are Guardians of Earth, harmonically weaving within the Gathering to bring greater synergy, coherence, and magic.
In a world of constant noise and disconnection, CircleUp revives humanity’s oldest practice — gathering in circle. Join skilled facilitators around the fire to be truly heard, seen, and held in a trusted space. One circle at a time, we reignite belonging and build a more deeply connected world.
Camp Regenaissance is a living network of regenerative people, places, and projects. A regenerative future isn’t built through ideas alone — it’s built at shared meals, in honest conversation, through agreements we actually keep. The NERA Alliance Camp isn’t just a camp — it’s a living gateway into a global ecosystem of regenerative collaboration. Hosted inside The Gathering, our camp is built for people ready to move past inspiration and into contribution. For a week, visionaries, entrepreneurs, artists, healers, community builders, land stewards, technologists, and changemakers come together to discover exactly how their gifts fit into something larger.

Camp Navarro offers a full range of on-site accommodations to suit every comfort level — from cozy year-round cabins to glamping tents and ShiftPods to classic tent camping beneath the redwoods.
32 year-round cabins · 54 three-season glamping units · Tent & RV/van camping areas available
With 250+ beds across structured lodging and expanded capacity for 1,000+ through camping, there’s space for everyone — and a setting that makes every option feel like the right one.
Closed Cabins
Fully enclosed cabin sleeping 3–4 people. Multiple bed configs (queen/double + bunk bed). Charged per person, not per bed.
Open Cabins
Open-sided cabins sleeping 3–4 people with fresh air feel. Queen/double + bunk setup. Charged per person.
Upper Glamping Tent
Upper tier glamping setup. Sleeps up to two guests in one queen bed. Flat rate pricing covers 1 or 2 persons.
Lower Glamping Tents
Lower tier glamping setup. Sleeps two guests in single beds. Pricing is per person for the full 6 nights.
Shift Pods
Insulated ShiftPod sleeping two in one double bed. Specify your setup preference. Charged per person.
Personal Tent
Bring your own tent fitting within a 10' x 10' footprint. Max 2 persons per tent (both require individual pass).
RV Parking
Lower lot parking space. Includes access to a limited number (8 total) of 20-amp electrical hookups (no A/C or heater support).
Car Camping
Drive up and camp right by your vehicle in designated campsites. Flat price covers up to 2 persons per site.
Bedding Package
Full linen rental provided by Camp Navarro: sheets, comforter, and pillow with pillowcase. Or bring your own for free.
MEAL PLANS
A full, generous meal plan will be provided by Camp Navarro’sculinary team. Meal plans cover the full 6-day event with two option tiers:
- 12 Meal Plan: Breakfast (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM) and Dinner (6:30 PM – 8:30 PM) daily
- 6 Meal Plan: Dinner daily
Camp Navarro also operates a café and a Pizza & BBQ station throughout the day/evening, alongside several alternative food vendors to support your culinary pleasures—so no one will go hungry. Please note: due to fire conditions, no in-camp cooking is allowed.

Anyone building toward a better future — educators, designers, technologists, activists, entrepreneurs, farmers, investors, healers, artists, community leaders, and seekers. If you’re working on meaningful change in any form, you belong here.
Seven days on-site at Camp Navarro, access to your camp’s programming and all public sessions across the property, morning yoga, opening and closing ceremonies, drinking water, and access to bathrooms, showers and community spaces. Accommodations and meal plans are available to add on separately.
Absolutely. Browse our 15+ camps, find the one that resonates with your interests and community, and purchase your ticket directly through that camp. Many camps have open spots available.
Yes. Everyone must purchase a ticket, but you do not have to be part of a respective camp. We do have general camping areas which you are welcome to pitch a tent, or rent a Shift Pod or Car/RV part in the respective parking lot.
Neither — and both. It’s a co-created camp gathering. Part think tank, part campfire, part learning village, part celebration — woven together over seven days in the Northern California redwoods. There’s nothing quite like it.
A full generous meal plan will be provided by Camp Navarro’s culinary team.

No formal preparation required. But come thinking about what you’d like to contribute — a practice, a conversation, a skill, an idea, a question. Every participant is invited to bring something. Your imagination is the only limitation.
